Terms & Conditions
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The 7 nights accomodation will be subject to availability.
- The total 7 nights can be split (e.g. 3 nights and then 4 nights) but this is at the discretion of Margaret River Properties.
- Accomodation is for a maximum 2 people.
Flights to Perth OR Busselton must be from a destination within Australia (at a cost up to $1,500 - i.e. $750 per person limit).
- if flights are priced more than $1,500, a voucher of the same amount will be offered to contribute to the total flight cost.
- Does not include airport transfers or car hire.
- Any additional costs due to flight cancellations or delays will not be at the cost of the Promoter.
- Flights are for a maximum 2 people.
If the winner is based in WA, transport costs to Margaret River (up to $1,500) will be offered.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MEND Margaret River's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize pack in question.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond MEND Margaret River's reasonable control, the MEND reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of MEND Margaret River and Margaret River Properties after the winner has been selected.
