CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
MEND POLICY
MEND Margaret River is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for appointments that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
Any non-cancellation, i.e. 'no show' will result in forfeiting that visit.
MEND MOTIONS & INFRARED SAUNA
12 HOURS notice is required for re-schedule requests and cancellations.
If failure to meet this, no-show / late cancel fees are:
- MEND Motions (Shared session) - $25
- Infrared Sauna - $20
MEND MOTIONS - PRIVATE
Private MEND Motions sessions incur the following no-show/late cancel fees:
- A full credit to the customer's account will occur if cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
- Less than 24 hours notice incurs a $150 cancellation fee, with the remaining $150 to be credited to the customer's account.
- Less than 4 hours notice before the session start time, the total session cost will not be valid for refun or credit.
MASSAGE / BODYWORK
This is dependant on the time slot not being rebooked (on faith). No show / Late Cancel Fees are below.
- If less than 24 HOURS notice - 50% of total appointment cost.
- If less than 8 HOURS notice - 100% of the total appointment cost.
MEMBERSHIPS
4 Weeks - Unlimited - Membership Agreement Terms
- This is a minimum 4 week (fixed this) commitment, paid upfront, which will automatically renew at the end of the first 4 weeks.
- To cease your membership from renewing, we require two weeks written notice via email to reception@mendmargaretriver.com.au. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.
- For Direct Debit Membership suspensions, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your suspension date. You may suspend your membership once, for up to 2 weeks at a time. Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing by emailing reception@mendmargaretriver.com.au. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.
12 Weeks - Unlimited - Membership Agreement Terms
- This is a minimum 12 week commitment, paid upfront, which will automatically renew at the end of the first 12 weeks. To cease your membership from renewing, we require two weeks written notice via email to reception@mendmargaretriver.com.au.
- To cancel a membership and qualify for a refund of the remaining value of the membership, we require 30 days notice before contract end date via email to reception@mendmargaretriver.com.au. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email. The refund amount will equal the remaining value of the membership from notification, minus the notice period.
- For Direct Debit Membership suspensions, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your suspension date. You may suspend your membership twice, for up to a total of six weeks. Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing by emailing reception@mendmargaretriver.com.au. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.
1 Year - Unlimited - Membership Agreement Terms
- This is a minimum one year commitment, paid upfront, which will automatically renew at the end of the first one year.
- To cancel a membership and qualify for a refund of the remaining value of the membership, we require 90 days notice of cancellation via email to reception@mendmargaretriver.com.au. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email. The refund amount will equal the remaining value of the membership from notification, minus the notice period.
- For Direct Debit Membership suspensions, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your suspension date. You may suspend your membership four times, for up to 12 weeks. Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing by emailing reception@mendmargaretriver.com.au. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.
