How do I book a session?
You can book a session (MEND Motions or Infrared Sauna) or a massage online, via our app or call us on 0493 871 140
If you book via our app, please note you must BUY a session first, before you BOOK your session. Please look out for a confirmation email.
Can I walk-in for a session without making a booking?
You can book online, via our app or call us on 0493 871 140. We have limited capacity in our space so recommend booking as early as possible to avoid missing out on your preferred time slot.
If you walk-in during business hours, and a spot is available, we will of course help you to book in.

I can no longer make my booking - how do I cancel?
We’re sorry to hear we won’t be seeing you! Please cancel your booking as soon as possible to allow someone else to book the session.
You can cancel via the app or by giving us a call on 0439 871 140.

How many times a week should I be using recovery treatments to see the benefits?
We believe using our space is an individual experience, and as such there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to visiting MEND.
However, science-based protocols do indicate that using recovery techniques (like saunas and ice baths) between three to seven times per week is when benefits are optimal.
VISITING
What do I need to bring?
All sessions include one towel free of charge, however we request that you also bring your own towel to wipe down with. Additional towels are available to rent for $5.
We also recommend bringing a refillable drink bottle to help keep you hydrated. Complimentary herbal tea, still and sparkling water is available.
What should I wear?
We want you to feel comfortable in our space. For use of the saunas, ice bath and hot plunge, swimwear is most appropriate, or light breathable exercise clothes.
Showers and a change room are also available, so feel free to bring a change of comfortable clothes to put on after your session.
Please wear soft shoes that are easy to remove as you move between treatments and through the space.
For massages, light clothes that you can easily remove for your treatment are recommended.
Where can I park?
There is on-street parking available in front of MEND. However, during peak periods our little town can be quite busy so please allow time for parking when visiting.
What drinks do you have available?
Complimentary herbal tea, sparkling and still water is available to you at all times.
Chilled coconut water and electrolyte sachets are also available to buy.
I’m sick - can I still come to a session?
Out of respect for our team and other customers, we would appreciate any bugs staying at home. Rest up - we look forward to seeing you when you’re better!
GIFT CARDS
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes! Spoil someone special in your life with the perfect present - a MEND Gift Card.
Our Gift Cards are redeemable on any products or treatments, including massage.
Physical Gift Cards can be purchased in person at MEND reception for that extra special touch.
You can also buy a digital Gift Card on our MEND app under ‘More’ > ‘Gift Cards’. Digital Gift Cards can be printed or sent to the recipient via email.
How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Redeeming your Gift Card is easy!
Using the MEND app: Add the Gift Card code when you reach the ‘Checkout’ when booking on our app or website.
Booking online via our website: Add the Gift Card code when you reach the ‘Checkout’ when booking on our app or website.
You can also redeem your Gift Card in-store at reception.

Can I use your treatments when pregnant?
Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority. If you are pregnant, we recommend against visiting. Please consult your doctor before booking a session.
I have a heart condition - can I use your treatments?
Our waiver outlines the health requirements for anyone using our treatments, particularly our saunas. If you do not meet these requirements, with your wellbeing at the forefront of our minds, we kindly ask that you do not book a session.
If you are unsure if it is safe for you to use our treatments, including the sauna, please consult your doctor before booking a session.
Are children allowed?
For safety reasons, MEND is only open to those aged 16 years and over.
