Samanmali is an Intuitive Myofascia Release Practitioner, bringing a holistic approach to massage and bodywork. Her treatments focus on the body's myofascia - the connective tissue holding our bodies together like a web, enclosing every bodily structure. Over time and without proper care, the myofascia can gradually lose its natural suppleness and elasticity which can lead to pain and limited range of motion.
Samanmali will help to unfurl your nervous system, opening up space for emotional release where needed, and enabling a deep sense of calm and ease in the body.

An oil-based massage, using deep, slow strokes while leveraging the power of conscious and intentional breathing. Focuses on releasing tension in the myofascia and de-armouring the nervous system.

This is a more complete full-body treatment, focusing on releasing the myofascial lines, while spending time on areas that require some extra attention. A balance of deep relaxation and re-energisation.

Revival Scrub & Massage Combination
Breathe you have arrived. A deeply rejuvenating total body experience, combining the benefits of a salt/scrub and full body massage.
We begin the session with a nourishing foot soak & foot scrub. Next lay down and relax deeper into session with a back salt exfoliation to gently resurface and tone skin.
