MEND Morning Express - 40-min MEND Motions Sessions

Introducing MEND Morning Express - 1 x shorter 40-min MEND Motions sessions (of up to 8 people) from 7:00am-7:40am, Monday to Friday.
Start your day in the best way imaginable. Morning sessions can kick-start your metabolism, and wake up the body’s systems - after an ice bath you might not even need a coffee!

MEMBERSHIPS FAQS
How many memberships will be on offer?
Our memberships will be super-limited to minimise over-booking and so that MEND is maintained as a serene space for you to recover in.
How much will I save by becoming a member?
All Memberships allow access to max 4x MEND Motions Shared sessions (RRP. $260) and unlimited MEND Morning Express per week (RRP. $160).
That’s a minimum weekly saving of $426 if you were to attend all 4 x Shared MEND Motions and 5 x Morning Express sessions.
Can I use my membership to book a Private MEND Motions session?
No, Memberships are currently only for Shared sessions.
Will I be able to freeze my membership throughout its term?
Yes, but limits will apply. Our T&C’s outline how you can freeze your membership, and the number of freezes you will be allowed.
Will you have a cancellation fee for memberships?
There may be a fee when cancelling your membership depending on where you are at in the term. See the full membership T&C’s and cancellation fees (as these differ for each different membership).
Can I share my membership with my partner/friend/family member?
No, your membership can only be exclusively used by you.
Will you offer a FIFO membership option?
Yes, this will be based on your roster. Please respond to this email and we’ll get you sorted. Heads up, we will ask for some form of proof of employment.
Will I get my own MEND branded fluffy robe as a member?
Not yet… but we promise being a MEND Member will have some extra mega perks down the track!
